Heartwood Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit seeking to heal, uplift, and connect community, as well as provide free holistic services to women, men, and children living with cancer who could not otherwise afford to receive integrative therapy services
The Chicago Refugee Coalition, a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to the alleviation of human suffering through innovative partnerships, advocacy, and community empowerment
Unitarian Church of Evanston's Refugee Family Fund, an immigrant solidarity team that partners with fellow non-profits around the Chicagoland area to support and promote social justice, as well as provide a source of compassion, connection, and warmth to the vulnerable
Evanston Pride, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit whose mission is to find, organize, and support the full spectrum of local LGBTQIA+ community members through specialized programming and training efforts, as well as educate the broader Evanston community on LGBTQIA+ issues and needs
American Indian Center of Chicago, an organization whose mission is to "promote fellowship among Indian people of all Tribes living in metropolitan Chicago and to create bonds of understanding and communication between Indians and non-Indians in this city; to advance the general welfare of American Indians into the metropolitan community life; to foster the economic advancement of Indian people; to sustain cultural, artistic, and avocational pursuits; and to perpetuate Indian cultural values."
